ChairmanFeisal Sadoun, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the management of large projects in the defence, security and insurance industries. Feisal is of Iraqi ancestry, born in the UK and educated in the UK and the USA where he graduated from the Citadel Military College South Carolina with a BA in History. As Chairman of Erinys Iraq, Feisal overseas Government and community relations, ensures compliance with local legislation and spearheads our drive for greater local content. He is also involved with successful businesses around the Middle East. In his spare time, Feisal plays with, and formerly captained, the Jordanian Rugby Team.
Tim is an experienced risk manager having served as a commissioned officer with the British Army for 23 years. Highlights of his career were service as an operator with Special Forces, Command of the Army’s Specialist Observation Post Battery and the training of Officer Cadets at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst as a Company Commander. Since leaving the Army in 2005 he has worked continuously in the corporate risk world spending seven years in Iraq and five in Afghanistan. His role in Kabul was as the Senior Overseas Security Manager for the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office at its Embassy for which he was made an OBE in 2015. Tim possesses excellent interpersonal skills developed through working within a multi-national and multi-cultural environment over 36 years. With this experience, Tim has an excellent understanding of the dynamics of contracted security operations in hostile environments and risk management. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Security from Loughborough University.
Commercial DirectorKyoung is an experienced business specialist with experience across industries including IT, management consultancy, banking, commodities, project and financial risk management. Kyoung joined Erinys in 2012 after working for Standard Chartered Bank as an Energy Trader. Prior to this he worked as a consultant in Seoul, Korea. Kyoung served in the Republic of Korea Army as an Intelligence Analyst in the Joint Chiefs of Staff Defense Intelligence Command, and holds a degree in Business Administration from Korea University Business School.
Country DirectorTom served 26 years in the British Army, where he rose through the ranks, obtaining a Late Entry Commission in 2005. Tom served in a number of appointments and theatres during his service including staff officer/military advisor for the UK Trade & Investment, Defence and Security Organisation where he represented and promoted UK companies. On resigning from the military in 2011, Tom worked in Iraq for Control Risks and Olive Group, taking on roles including Country Training Manager, Senior Security Project Manager and Interim Programme Director.
Murtaga Abdul Latif Sabri Al-Dulaini
Deputy Country DirectorMurtaga holds a Batchelor’s Degree from the University of Baghdad and joined Erinys Iraq in 2004. He progressed rapidly through the ranks and in 2007 was promoted to Watch Keeper and in 2010 was appointed HR Manager. He became our Deputy Director and Government Affairs Liaison in 2013. In this role he acts as liaison between the Police, Army and civil authorities and interacts with Government agencies for licensing and visas.
